Aku cukup tak faham kenapa susah sangat nak dapat feedback daripada pihak RealRewards...

I think kita kena dakwa real rewards dah kat court consumer. baru-baru ni after real rewards kena tukar management, all my points yang terkumpul more than 8 years, semuanya kena tipu. i baru checked kat website dia orang dari last time 23 ribu++ points, skrang dah jadi 2 ribu++ aje. aku dah memang geram sangat dengan dia orang sebab complaint pun tak dilayan. so i was thnking of bringing this matter to the consumer court. ada ape-ape opinion?

hye nicholas... i think i should issue it to consumer tribunal...at least RR is aware ur problem and take action accordingly :) cheers....
