Last week, i've made appointment with Dr Nor in Klinik Zarif, Menara TM.. just a simple checking and treatment..Wanted to know my body's condition at least we know the capability and limitation...how to control my diet.
The report found that, my cholesterol is a bit high and need to be controlled..even the good cholesterol (HDL)in my body is good, but it's not balance..
aarghhh... have to control it.. how aar? it's raya season.. more food, more open house.. xper2.. will control it after this raya... :)
