Transformers Attack 2008

Transformers Attack @ TMpoint Menara TM 29-31 October 2008

For those who don't know what is Transformers of Save Program all about, this program is actually a program to pacify customer from churning/terminate the streamyx service at any TMpoint.

Transformers (not optimus prime or megatron) is a person who appointed and responsible to persuade / convince and educate customer on the

benefits of streamyx usage and the offerings under the Streamyx Save Program.

The target is at least 30% of monthly total walk in customer to terminate in TMpoint.

So, for Transformers Attack 2008 in TMpoint Menara TM held on 29-31 October in order to win the customer to keep remain their streamyx service.
