Pelanggan (Yang Benar dan Yang Tak Benar)

Assalamualaikum wbt dan hallow... :)

utk pengetahuan ataupun yg dah tahu... aku bekerja di dalam bidang perkhidmatan pelanggan.

almost 6years dah.... pejam celik...pejam celik..... dah naik beruban rambut aku... dah naik berpinau mata aku... dah naik berkerut dahi aku.....sepanjang kerja ni berhadapan dengan pelanggan.... ffuuhhhh.... Hanya Allah SWT sahaja yang tahu, how difficult customer service is..

....well... biasa laa...CS (Customer Service) nie terpaksa menghadap cust yang berbagai2 ragam dan peel...

tapi kan.... ini just pandangan peribadi aku sahaja dan tak mewakili syarikat or sapa2 aarr :



a. Karenah dan pelanggan itu sendiri adalah BERBEZA dari sudut geografi.
*** behaviour customer di Klang Valley "mungkin" atau "sememangnya" berbeza dengan customer di bandar2 lain seperti melaka, kluang, teluk intan, dungun etc...

b. sorry to say... bukan racist apa but ini adalah hakikatnya.... behaviour cust among races in Malaysia adalah sangat berbeza...
***(aku takkan huraikan lebih lanjut sbb masing2 ada pandangan yang sangat berbeza...) fair kan?

c. walaupun aku keje cs... aku juga adalah pelanggan sebenarnya... plgn bg servis yg ditawarkan oleh company sendiri ataupun pelanggan bg servis2 dari macam2 operator kat Malaysia nie.
*** tapi... tak semua pelanggan yg betul.. ramai jer yg tak betul.... penipuan, peras ugut lah...
*** soo, not all of them are right! term customer is alwayz right really obsolete,expired dan tak sesuai lagi lah!

d. kalau aku jadi betul2 cust satu hari nnti.. i mean pelanggan laa.... hahahha... aku akan praktikkan apa yg cust buat bagi dapatkan perhatian syarikat untuk solve problem..
*** kalau buat ayat kena baek dan cantek.... nampak macam profesional sikit... (hakikat--> cam haram)
*** kalau karang dalam bahasa melayu kena ayat yg ada kias2 ahlul politikus xbertauliah...
cth: wawasan 2020.. aspirasi kerajaan negeri/pusat.... cemerlang,gemilang,terbilang....perkembangan teknologi-->> ayat2 yang WAJIB dimasukkan semasa mengarang ayat aduan...confirm diambil perhatian serius... walaweehh...
*** kalau dalam english pula, ayat mesti boombastic dan ada unsur2 makian..
cth: stupidity, lazy, deaf not competent, comparing with other operator blablabla..(ayat wajib).

well...ini lah hakikatnya kerja Customer Service... doa2 Allah SWT akan sentiasa bagi kekuatan.. we never perfect at all....

ramai jer csr2 yg muda2 dah kena HBP (High Blood Pressure) dan sakit.... tak percaya??? sila buat random health checking to all staff... u'll get the result!

we're not working alone...but because of we're the frontliner... we've to face it accordingly..

E codes ingredients

E codes are codes sometimes found on food labels in the European Union (GB, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, etc.) The code indicates an ingredient which is some type of food additive. The E indicates that it is a "European Union approved" food additive.

Mushbooh: Mushbooh is an Arabic term which means suspected and cover a grey area between Halal and Haraam. If one does not know the Halal or Harm status of a particular food or drink, such a food or drink is doubtful. A practicing Muslims prevents himself from consuming doubtful things.

Other words you may come across are Makrooh meaning ‘religiously discouraged’ or ‘disliked’ and Dhabiha meaning ‘slaughtered according to Islamic method’.
